Q: I don't have RealPlayer installed on my computer.  Where can I download the FREE version?
A: You can download the FREE RealPlayer at http://www.real.com.  The link is on the right hand side of the page.

Q: Why does RealPlayer "rebuffer" or sometimes give poor playback?
A: Packet loss occurs when information is unable to successfully travel from one server to another.  Any packet loss will be dependent on your internet connection speed, traffic on your server, traffic on the web server, or general internet congestion.  RealPlayer 8 may rebuffer, hiss, or skip when internet connections become too thin to consistently support the audio stream. If this occurs consistently on this or other sites, your connections and playback will be better at off-peak hours.

Q: How do I place an order through your web site using the secure server?
A: Each item in our catalog has an "Add to Cart" button listed below it.  Simply select the quantity, then click "Add to Cart."  The shopping cart will keep a running total of your purchase.  You may see the contents of the shopping cart at any time by clicking "View Cart" in the left-side column of links to our web site.  You may also modify the contents of the shopping cart.  Once you are ready to place your order, just click "Check Out" and follow the simple instructions.

Q: Even though your shopping cart is SECURE, I prefer not to give my credit card number online.  How else can I make a purchase?
A: Simple - Just call our toll-free number at 1-800-756-4852!
